Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Clinical UM Pharmacist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze and review medication lists
- Provide medication therapy management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Doctor of Pharmacy
- ASHP-accredited residency or 2-3 years relevant Pharmacy experience
- Continuing education required to maintain an active pharmacist license
