Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Value Capture Nurse Practitioner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing virtual health assessment appointments
- Reviewing suspected conditions that can be utilized for Risk Adjustment
- Identifying and closing HEDIS gaps
Position Requirements Include:
- Board Certified DNP, FNP or ENP from an accredited nursing school
- Licensed in Florida, Georgia, and/or Texas
- 3+ years experience preferred in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Primary Care
