• Leveraging learning analytics to facilitate personalized learning for clinician groups
• Developing a comprehensive enterprise framework for strategic clinician education
• Driving technological advancements for virtual colleagues to support training and real-time assessments

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree in a health related, education or business field
• 10+ years of management/leadership experience in a health care setting
• 10+ years of experience in leading graduate clinical education programs/initiatives in a complex health care system
• Experience interacting and navigating across a highly matrixed organization at a C-Suite level
• Demonstrated understanding of the principles of adult education and experience in developing clinical leadership models
