Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer/Funder in the Pacific Time Zone, US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance initial closing disclosures and manage the settlement process
• Ensure timely communication regarding closing status and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Audit signed closing documents and manage an individual loan pipeline of 50-60 loans per month

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
• Experience with residential loan closings, particularly cash-out refinance transactions
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing
• Experience in using Encompass LOS
• High school diploma or equivalent
