Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Closing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and verify closing documentation and disclosures for seamless transactions
• Organize funding packages, confirm wire transfer amounts, and manage broker ACH payments
• Ensure all loan documents are thorough and accurate prior to closing date

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related area
• At least 5 years of experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments
• Hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for transactions
• Experience in reviewing and preparing closing documents and funding packages
• Preferred background in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations
