Job Summary
A real estate brokerage firm has an open position for a Remote Closing Funding and Post Closing Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify, document and monitor optimal closing and funding workflow
- Recruit, onboard, and train high performing managers
- Develop and maintain an up to date and sound knowledge of all loan product guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of FHA/VA, Conventional, and USDA experience
- 5+ years in management
- 9+ years in mortgage operations
- Encompass and GUS experience are required
- Deep understanding of TILA, RESPA and Predatory Lending
