Remote Closing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Manager to oversee its remote closing department in private lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the remote closing department, including scheduling and funding approvals
• Serve as the primary resource for the closing team regarding file questions and escalations
• Conduct legal reviews and manage a high-volume pipeline of 150-180 loans per month

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of closing management experience, with at least 1 year managing remote staff
• 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender
• Experience in private lending and knowledge of relevant loan products
• Experience with entity and title review, including CPLs and lien/judgment resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
