Remote Closing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Manager to lead their remote closing department in private lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of a remote closing department including scheduling and funding approvals
• Serve as the primary resource for daily file questions and escalations within the closing team
• Conduct legal reviews and manage a high-volume pipeline of 150-180 loans per month

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of closing management experience, with at least 1 year managing remote staff
• 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender
• Experience in private lending and knowledge of various loan products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume pipelines under pressure
