Remote Closing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote closing department, the full-time Remote Closing Manager will oversee a team, manage a high-volume pipeline of 150-180 loans per month, and ensure the operational integrity of the closing process from legal review to funding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the remote closing department, including scheduling and funding approvals
• Serve as the primary resource for the closing team regarding daily file questions and escalations
• Conduct legal reviews of title commitments and prepare closing packages, ensuring all issues are resolved prior to closing

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of closing management experience, including at least 1 year managing remote staff
• 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender
• Experience in private lending with knowledge of various loan products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines of 150+ loans per month
