Job Summary
An insurance company protects mortgage lenders from default-related losses by offering private mortgage insurance is seeking a Remote Closing Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Day-to day management of Closing Services operations setting daily/weekly goals for the team
- Continuously monitor daily volume (WIP) to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals
- Make staff level recommendations to the Vice President to address with Leadership and HR
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum requirements of a high school diploma with at least three years industry or related business experience
- Experience with closing instructions and closing documents including HUD, CD, Seller CD and ALTA settlement statement
- Proven management experience
- 3-5 years prior techincal work experience
- 1-3 years prior supervisory work experience
- Licensed Title Agent Preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire or promotion
