Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Clothing Retail Trunk Club Customer Care Specialist in Albuquerque.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver legendary customer service by supporting our customers
• Successfully troubleshoot and resolve a high-volume of contacts by navigating multiple systems
• Deliver renowned customer service, you will be trained and empowered to provide great service

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 6+ months experience within an inbound call center required
• Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting acumen
• Strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, self-motivation, professionalism, accountability
• A quiet secure home work space and the ability to be available to accept customer contacts for an 8-hour shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with active listening skills
• The ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime as business needs
