Job Summary

An accounting firm is seeking a Remote Cloud Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling bookkeeping for multiple companies using QuickBooks Online accounting software
  • Recording day to day financial transactions
  • Maintaining app ecosystem and syncing with accounting software

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience and at least an Associates in Accounting/Business
  • QBO certification or at least one year working with QBO
  • Experience with Apps like Receipt Bank, Bill.com, and Gusto
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
