Job Summary

A payment technology provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Application Support Engineer III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing and embracing ownership of the production systems
  • Developing end-to-end cloud blueprint models that include selection criteria, integration workflows and alternate architectural designs
  • Monitoring the production systems, including web-based applications, APIs, back-end services, databases, network, and infrastructure components

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with AWS Control Tower
  • Experience with Service Now
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Technical System Analysis and/or Application Support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively interact with users of various technical levels
