Job Summary

A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Architect.

Must be able to:

  • Define technical directions for next-generation Network, Compute, Storage, Database, Virtualization and Orchestration
  • Contribute to the definition and architecture of core services of Medallia’s distributed and scalable next generation stack
  • Act as a technical leader across all of engineering and operations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS in Computer Science (or related technical discipline) or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of industry leadership experience in infrastructure engineering for medium/large SaaS/Cloud environments
  • Experience with designing highly-available services and data centers leveraging redundant networking, capacity planning, industry standard RTO/RPO for Disaster Recovery management
  • Ability to interact with a range of technical levels from executives to individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
