Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Cloud Automation and Windows and Linux Administrator in Lake Mary.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve incidents that Associate level cannot resolve
  • Resolve incidents that escalate due to duration or impact
  • Document steps taken to troubleshoot and resolve the incidents

Required Skills:

  • 5+ IT experience in a large-scale environment
  • 3+ years’ experience with a network application with a database back end and web front end
  • Windows and Linux system administration
  • Microsoft SQL server administration IIS and Tomcat administration
  • PowerShell scripting
  • General advanced troubleshooting skills
