Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Based Labor Relations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating P&W Rate Sheets for paymaster reference
- Assisting with Union Contract set up and maintenance in Core System
- Maintaining contract pay rate tables in Payroll System and manage calendar of union contract changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience with entertainment union agreements e.g work at benefits agency, payroll company or industry accounting
- Be a proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
- Be a detail oriented and collaborative with outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Have effective time management skills and be an exceptional team player
