Job Summary
A cloud communications company is seeking a Remote Cloud Communications Channel Distribution Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering to the US Channel sales team to facilitate operational process
- Helping to generate missing licenses
- Helping to track order status/professional services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to contribute to Channel program rollouts
- Can work with channel and marketing team to submit BDF/MDF requests
- Ability to update channel partners on technical/sales product certification expiration
