Job Summary
A cloud communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Communications Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of M&A
- Lead or assist in all aspects of transactions
- Evaluate synergy opportunities and risks in potential transactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or related
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation, and broad quantitative analyses
- Technical ability to understand software
- Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and enterprise software
