Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Cloud Contact Center Commercial Solutions Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the key technical advisor and subject matter expert for the Contact Center Solution Suite
  • Delivering in-depth product demos, webinars and technical presentations
  • Assessing configuration needs and determining system/network requirements

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of Solutions Consulting experience
  • Experience with Contact/Call Center Software CRM; IVR
  • Experience with IP Telephony; Workforce Management Systems, PBX
  • Ability to explain complex, technical subject matter to non-technical audience
  • Sharp analytical skills
