A multi-faceted business services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Contact Center Product Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop CCaaS requirements and user stories
  • Develop high level business cases
  • Establish and maintain prioritized CCaaS roadmaps

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Background in Sales or Solutions engineering or Development
  • Experience packaging
  • Product management of at least 2 Cloud products
  • Experience with market-leading CCaaS platforms
