Job Summary

A subscription management software company is seeking a Remote Cloud Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive monitoring across environments and ensure reliability across an increasingly complex system
  • Build, scale, and maintain development and production infrastructure hosted in GCP and AWS
  • Develop new systems and tools to improve the developer experience and engineering velocity

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of related experience in a cloud environment (GCP preferred)
  • Experience with container strategies and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Experience in networking and Linux system administration fundamentals (mail, logging, network configuration)
  • Experience troubleshooting networking, compute and storage system to determine performance bottlenecks
  • Experience writing scripts using bash, python and/or ruby
  • Experience with distributed source code repositories (e.g., Git)
