Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development Principal Software Engineer .
Must be able to:
- Use technologies like Kubernetes to operate highly available, high-performance distributed systems
- Leverage Java and Python service frameworks to rapidly build and deploy applications
- Automate common tasks to enable continuous delivery and ensure continuous availability with minimal human overhead
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Java/C++/C# or another major language
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Additional skill in one or more of: Kubernetes, Terraform, network architecture, compute architecture, application security
- Previous experience developing distributed, fault-tolerant applications
