Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development Principal Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with OCI engineering leaders to develop scalable, operationally-focused, customer-facing cloud services
- Leveraging Java service frameworks to rapidly build and deploy applications
- Using technologies like Kubernetes to operate highly available, high-performance distributed systems
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expert in Java
- Additional skill in one or more: Javascript/React, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kubernetes, Terraform, network architecture, application security
- Previous experience developing distributed, fault-tolerant applications
- Familiarity with several of: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD systems (TeamCity/Jenkins), Docker
