Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Find, attract, hire, onboard, and nurture top-level engineering IC talent
  • Remove obstacles, coach individuals, tune processes, and optimize the environment to continuously increase the speed of iteration
  • Work closely with Product to set the technical and project direction for the Cloud Team

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Shipped and owned major infrastructure on AWS
  • A track record of shipping projects to customers in a production setting as a software engineer
