Job Summary
A cloud technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Engineering Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading development teams into a full-service ownership model
- Creating and maintaining Cloud engineering standards, frameworks, processes, procedures
- Building productive partnerships with various technology, legal, security, and analytics teams across Salesforce
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years experience in SaaS, PaaS or IaaS software development
- 5+ years experience in a high-availability 24/7 environment (cloud platforms are a plus)
- 7+ years of people management experience (30+ people in the org)
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
