Job Summary
A cloud computing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Escalation Operations Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively troubleshoot private cloud deployments
- Reproduce customer issues in the internal lab and confirm bug reports
- Work closely with the development team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Expert Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Expert understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Expert understanding of OpenStack components
- Ability to read and understand Python and Ruby code
- Good knowledge of virtualization solutions
- Good knowledge of network and distributed storage solutions
