Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Financial Performance Sales Training Manager.

Must be able to:

Play a fundamental role in the success of company and the sales teams
Build out and deliver a sales-specific new-hire employee on-boarding program
Influence design, drive adoption and measure success

Skills and Requirements Include:

5+ years in sales or sales training/enablement roles within a B2B technology organization
Knowledge of sales process and best in class sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc
Highly motivated and energetic, self-starter
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong fintech awareness and knowledge of how to drive an ecosystem sales cycle
Ability to support teams through change initiatives
