Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Financial Performance Sales Training Manager.
Must be able to:
- Play a fundamental role in the success of company and the sales teams
- Build out and deliver a sales-specific new-hire employee on-boarding program
- Influence design, drive adoption and measure success
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in sales or sales training/enablement roles within a B2B technology organization
- Knowledge of sales process and best in class sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc
- Highly motivated and energetic, self-starter
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong fintech awareness and knowledge of how to drive an ecosystem sales cycle
- Ability to support teams through change initiatives
