Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Cloud Infrastructure and Reliability Engineering Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Build the core infrastructure
- Build and grow the cloud infrastructure and reliability team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- 10+ years of engineering management experience leading productive, high functioning teams
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
- Experience with running large stateful data systems in the cloud
- Experience running production services in public clouds
- Ability to hire while ensuring a high hiring bar, keep engineers motivated in the team, coach/mentor them and handle performance management
