Job Summary

A provider of cloud networking solutions has a current position open for a Remote Cloud Networking Contracts Administrator Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing all aspects of our contracts lifecycle management process
• Developing processes, both manual and automated, to improve legal team workflow and efficiency
• Working with our IT team to define requirements for the systems we use to manage documents and workflows

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience working with contracts in a B to B environment
• Experience as a motivated contributor who shows initiate and is willing to provide independent judgment and strategic thinking
• Proficiency with legal and business technologies
• General understanding of contracting, drafting, and negotiation principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner, with good prioritization skills
