Job Summary

An information technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud One O and S Customer Support Representative in Montgomery.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist Scrum Master/Project Manager and technical writers for DevSecOps teams implementing common services projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cloud One Service Now Tier 2 and 3 tickets

Qualifications Include:

  • Interim Secret Clearance with ability to obtain an active Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation
  • Five (5) years of experience as a project manager or scrum master on an IT or SW Development project
  • Bachelors degree in a Computer Sciences, Engineering or other IT related field
  • Experience with Tier 2 ticket management
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Service Now as user, preferably as an administrator
