Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Cloud Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding, acknowledging, resolving and successfully closing alerts
• Working cases that support customer needs for such things as scheduled maintenance, upgrades, IP white listing, and Product Issue workarounds
• Participating in patching, mass upgrades and other planned maintenance activities

Qualifications Include:

• General Experience managing priorities and responding effectively to emergent incidents both independently and with a team
• A combination of relevant experience and education
• Up to 2 Years experience in an IT operations environment
• Up to 2 Years Systems Administration experience, on any platform
• Up to 2 Years experience working with Linux/Unix command line interfaces, including shell scripting
