Job Summary
An independently-owned construction equipment rental company has a current position open for a Remote Cloud Operations Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Aiding in the design, maintenance and implementation of a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure platform across multiple accounts
- Identifying bottlenecks, issues and areas of improvement for current cloud structure
- Guiding the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring for cloud infrastructure
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficient in Linux system administration or in software engineering
- Demonstrable experience working in a multi-account environment
- Demonstrable experience working in a multi-region environment
- Experience working with IoT applications and/or scaling out high throughput, data intensive applications.
- Experience deploying, managing, and enabling microservices
- Comfortable and confident working in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment
