Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Operations Escalation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and consistent practices to successfully address customer escalations
  • Analyze and improve existing processes for escalation management
  • Perform process and customer skills training

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical area
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment
  • 1+ years managing customer escalations for cloud applications
  • Deep experience leading and responding to complex critical incidents
  • Strong operational and services experience in a cloud services delivery environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex systems
