Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Operations Escalation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and consistent practices to successfully address customer escalations
- Analyze and improve existing processes for escalation management
- Perform process and customer skills training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical area
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment
- 1+ years managing customer escalations for cloud applications
- Deep experience leading and responding to complex critical incidents
- Strong operational and services experience in a cloud services delivery environment
- Strong technical knowledge of complex systems
