Job Summary
A management and technology consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing an essential function for coordinating upgrades, deployments, patches, and proactive monitoring in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Operating with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies
- Overseeing and managing incident and problem management processes ensuring problems are quickly resolved
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in systems administration or software development
- 5+ years of experience with direct staff management, including the ability to effectively mentor and grow staff
- Experience with communicating for escalating, prioritizing, and coordinating high severity incidents
- Experience with managing projects, including business process management, customer relationship management, and content management
