A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Operations Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Identify, track, and report on key metrics, and enact continuous improvements to drive forward movement
- Manage and motivate a high-performing operations team to maximize impact and results
- Promote and develop an automation-first culture, including infrastructure and configuration as code.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years management experience leading high-performing operations teams
- Experience planning and managing budgets and consistently spending to plan
- 15+ years technology experience leading technical projects and/or teams to deliver strong results
- Proven history of working collaboratively and cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Strong change management capabilities
- Ability to resolve ambiguity and create well designed, sustainable solutions
