Job Summary

A professional services firm has an open position for a Remote Cloud Operations Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison in providing product/services information
  • Lead and direct technical reviews for infrastructure deployments in the AWS and Azure Cloud environments
  • Provide support for AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure implementation activities

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple customers and team members
  • Able to provide technical customer facing interaction, problem resolution, troubleshooting, incident escalation
  • Exhibit knowledge of (and experience with) ITIL foundations best practice and processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Services Management tools
