A technology service has an open position for a Remote Cloud Platform Customer Care Associate in Kenosha.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Utilizing multiple software systems to create prescription cases and determine coverage
- Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload
- Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change
- Proficient use of keyboard, mouse, and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors
- Proficient in the navigation of multiple computer applications
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
