Job Summary

A technology service has an open position for a Remote Cloud Platform Customer Care Associate in Kenosha.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
  • Utilizing multiple software systems to create prescription cases and determine coverage
  • Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change
  • Proficient use of keyboard, mouse, and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors
  • Proficient in the navigation of multiple computer applications
  • Ability to type more than 30 WPM
