Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Cloud Platform Sales Development and Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Build and scale team training and development programs
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations team to identify operational needs
  • Work closely with sales team as the main point of contact for addressing opportunities to improve ADR performance

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer success role
  • Bachelor's degree or similar level of hands-on experience
  • 3 years of experience supervising or managing ADR/SDR/BDR/Customer Success teams
  • Ability to coach and motivate others
  • Knowledge in outbound prospecting using a CRM
