Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing strategic and tactical leadership of company's Cloud services delivered to our customers
- Owning day-to-day cloud operations activities and focusing on quality of deliverables, ensuring improved client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall revenue of the company
- Consulting with customer initiatives to expand their use of cloud solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a senior Cloud and Infra consulting/leadership role in a Services company
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience demonstrating management and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; or equivalent work experience
- Holding of one or more than one certification on AWS, Azure or GCP, ideally
- Deep understanding of the core cloud and infrastructure services such Compute, Storage, Networking, Database services from one or more leading platforms
- AWS, Azure, GCP Knowledge of best practices around security, reliability and performance
