Job Summary
A cloud computing services company is in need of a Remote Cloud Service Delivery Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and Executing Business Priorities
- Participating in customer requested meetings (onsite or via phone) and escalations
- Measuring and driving delivery excellence
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong people management experience of 5+ years with a track record of success
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in Managed Service provider - managing IT environments on behalf of customers
- Experience and Certification in ITIL and/or Dev Ops
- Hands on experience leading large-scale cloud based IT transformation projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
