Job Summary

An IT and cloud services company is in need of a Remote Cloud Services Service Desk Technician III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working/completing advanced support cases, providing exceptional support and consultation to clients via phone, email, support tickets
  • Contacting clients and vendors on behalf of company or clients
  • Articulating and sharing complex technical findings to management and clients in clear and concise understandable terms

Required Skills:

  • Associates Degree in IT/MIS and 4+ years of experience in IT
  • OR – Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working for a Managed Services
  • Provider is ideal Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple cases of varying difficulty from multiple clients
  • Strong Communication skills
