Job Summary
An IT and cloud services company is in need of a Remote Cloud Services Service Desk Technician III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working/completing advanced support cases, providing exceptional support and consultation to clients via phone, email, support tickets
- Contacting clients and vendors on behalf of company or clients
- Articulating and sharing complex technical findings to management and clients in clear and concise understandable terms
Required Skills:
- Associates Degree in IT/MIS and 4+ years of experience in IT
- OR – Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working for a Managed Services
- Provider is ideal Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple cases of varying difficulty from multiple clients
- Strong Communication skills
