Job Summary
A cloud-based software and technology developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Software System Support Analyst 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interfacing with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis
- Recommending maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for our products
- Working with only general guidance from senior engineers and management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge in SQL, C++, JAVA, and Linux
- Ability to support client activity and will be billable/revenue generating
- Ability to provide system implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance
- Ability to recommend maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products
- Ability to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management
