Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Solutions Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing software and network troubleshooting in complex customer environments
- Enabling the technical sales field through creation of collateral (demos, videos, training, etc)
- Serving as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory
Required Skills:
- Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
- At least 2 years of experience working with Public Cloud provider technologies and services
- Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience
- Experience with various content security software and systems
