A cloud solutions technology company has an open position for a Remote Cloud Solutions Sales Enablement Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing a strategy for onboarding and educating our sales teams
- Building relationships with your internal customers to understand their goals
- Reviewing and designing learning paths to achieve business objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~10% of the time
- Deep understanding of inside sales, enterprise sales and field enablement strategies
- Experience scaling programs globally
- Proven ability to excite and lead a sales enablement team
- Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
