Job Summary
A computer company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Storage Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply technical support expertise to resolve customer issues
- Work closely with peers and coaches to increase knowledge and resolve customer issues
- Identify and provide resolutions to technical problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s; or 2+ years with a Master’s; or a PhD without experience
- Knowledge of ECS or similar Cloud Storage products
- Experience working with SalesForce and JIRA incident tracking systems
