Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in the development, implementation, and tuning of management and monitoring tools needed
• Directing Systems Administrators in performing the migration of applications to the Development environment
• Performing the migration to the Government instance of the DEE

Required Skills:

• Experience designing and defining cloud system architecture for new or existing computer systems
• Experience with cloud/server/network/storage implementation and support
• Strong customer service experience
• Experience maintaining up-to-date documentation, and prepares documentation for infrastructure changes
