Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Cloud Support DevOps Engineer II in Boise.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the customer with management and improvement with CI/CD pipeline
- Driving efficiency and reducing error rates with scripting and automation
- Acting as a voice and advocate for our customers when something does not feel right
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated experience with at least 1 scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years working directly in a DevOps and/or a cloud support capacity
- Familiarity with principles of DevOps
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues
- At least one platform certification; Microsoft, Linux, etc.
- At least one Cloud certification; GCP, Azure, AWS, Office 365
