Job Summary

A telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud System Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, coordinate and drive infrastructure & software/automation projects at agreed service levels, using hands-on programming
  • Ensure the overall reliability and scalability of cloud service
  • Optimize existing environments based on business and security needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience implementing, troubleshooting and supporting the Unix/Linux and Windows operating system, internet-based applications and web servers
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking (DNS/DHCP)
  • Experience with IaC(Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, etc..)
  • 3 years of relevant work experience with Linux or Unix, as well as programming/scripting experience (Bash, Perl, Python, C, PowerShell)
