Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services is seeking a Remote Cloud Systems Engineering Architect in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Architect level systems engineering work in cloud based enterprise environment
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture team to design and deploy new customer environments, and training for sustainment engineering
- Mentor junior System Engineers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to work flexible hours including on call and after hours for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- 10+ years industry experience
- Experience with DevOps concepts, operating in an agile framework, and working for a Service Provider in a high-paced, stressful environment
- 6+ years enterprise level systems engineering and troubleshooting experience with Windows Server
- Experience with networking technologies including AD, DNS, WINS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of Cisco UCS B series blade server chassis and Cisco UCS Manager 2.0 or later, and Cisco HyperFlex or other HCI offerings
