Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Cloud Talent Compensation and Learning Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying business requirements and map them to the ERP Cloud functionality
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Writing business requirement documents for reports and extensions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in a functional lead role
- Strong focus on Oracle ERP Cloud in Talent/Compensation/Learning modules
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud through a full life cycle project
- Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases
- Understanding of Integration with Performance Management and Goals
